Schulich Law Scholars

Schulich Law Scholars is an open access institutional repository for gathering, indexing, storing, and making widely available the scholarly output of the Schulich Law community. Reflecting the strategic direction, Schulich Law Scholars aims to promote the mission, vision, and values of Schulich Law. Schulich Law Scholars shares the exceptional works of Schulich Law faculty, staff, and students with a local, national, and global audience.

Access to Schulich Law Scholars is free to all. Schulich Law Scholars is a service of the Sir James Dunn Law Library in conjunction with the faculty Research Committee.

We inspire advances in law, policy, and justice through our research and advocacy. We deliver a rigorous egal education that opens doors to a range of careers. We serve our society in the Weldon Tradition of unselfish public service.

We value robust intellectual inquiry and professional integrity, courage and advocacy, responsible stewardship of resources, and respectful relationships that honour difference, collegiality, reconciliation, diversity, and service to humanity.

We are the law school of choice for students, scholars, and leaders interested in using law, scholarship, and advocacy to make a difference in serving the public interest and in resolving human and policy problems.
