Specifically, it considers the connection between the climate change regime and other major international regimes such as the WTO, International Human Rights, Multilateral Environmental Agreements, etc. It particularly considers the role of enforcement, dispute resolution, and compliance in the future of the Kyoto Protocol and the climate change regime.
