Abstract
The Grievor is a school bus driver who was suspended for not stopping to pick up students. The Union alleges discrimination against the Grievor who is president of the Local. The Employer had previously given him a warning about not stopping, stating their policy that drivers must stop at all sites regardless of whether they could see students there or not. The Grievor felt the policy was an alteration of the working conditions as the Employer's Regulations said the drivers need not wait for tardy students. The Employer countered that drivers need not wait, but they must actually stop.
