Abstract

Employee grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing expiry date 31 Mai7ch, 1986, in that the Employer placed a record of a verbal reprimand on the grievor's file without just cause. On behalf of the grievor the Union requested that the verbal reprimand be removed from his record.
