Abstract
The Employer alters the work schedule of the Grievor in order to make changes in production requirements. Before initiating the schedule changes, the Employer requests that the effected Employees determine the new rotation among themselves. The Grievor asserts that because of her seniority and past practice for scheduling, she should be exempt from these changes. The Employer acknowledges the Grievor's seniority, but argues the schedule changes will be unfair and will not allow the Employer to maintain a full work week for the permanent staff.
