Abstract
The Employer deleted several positions which were made vacant by transfer or retirement. The Union argues that this violates Appendix T of the Collective Agreement which discusses job security. The Union requests that these positions be filled. The Employer argues that Appendix I does not apply to reduction of its work force through attrition, but provides for relocation of employees whose positions are eliminated.
