Abstract
On February 2, and March 17, 1987, the grievors missed work because of snowstorms: Mr. Barry and Ms. Lutes on February 2, and Ms. Baini on March 17. Mr. Barry is a full-time postal clerk, who lives in the city of Moncton, and works the 7.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. shift. Ms. Lutes and Ms. Baini are part-time postal clerks who live on Fox Creek Road off Amirault Street just outside the city, or at its outer limits.
