Abstract
The Grievor is a professor who was required by the Employer to retire at the end of the month in which he had his 65th birthday. The Union argues the Grievor should have been allowed to work until the end of the academic year. They request compensation for the difference between pay and benefits received by the Grievor and those he would have been paid had he remained employed for the remainder of the academic year.
