Abstract
Union grievances alleging breach of the collective agreement between the parties which expires June 30, 1991 and in particular of articles 9, 25, 39, 41 and 49 and related articles in that the Corporation unjustly denied the grievor sick leave on October 25, 26 and 27, 1989, and of articles 9, 14, 15, 18, 19, 25, 34, 41 and other related articles in that the Employer unjustly discharged the grievor on November 8, 1990. The Union requests that the grievor be reinstated to his former position with full compensation for all lost wages and benefits, with interest.
