Abstract
Employee grievances alleging breach of the collective agreement between the parties in respect of the Postal Operations Group (Non-supervisory): Internal Mail Processing and Complementary Postal Services, which expired July 31, 1989, but which remains in effect by virtue of the Canada Labour Code, in that the Employer violated articles 5, 10. and 20 of the Collective Agreement by subjecting the grievors to interviews in connection with its Attendance Management Process. On behalf of the grievors the Union requested that all letters, reports and documents relating to these interviews be removed from their personal files.
