Abstract
Union grievances alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 1992, and in particular of Article 48.01(a) in that the Employer allowed certain letter carriers to start their walks earlier than the start time established in accordance with the Collective Agreement and allowed certain others to work through their lunch hours contrary to Article 48.03(c). The Union requested that the Employer curtail this practice and pay overtime, with interest, to letter carriers who started early.
