Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of the Grievor, alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 9.03, in that he was not given the time to which he was entitled to investigate and prepare grievances. The Union requested that the Employer be ordered to reimburse the Grievor for the time he took to prepare the grievances in question outside his working hours.
