Abstract

Union grievances on behalf of all employees in Group 2 alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 15, and 48 in that the Employer allowed certain letter carriers to commence work before the official starting time and to work straight through the meal period on October 20, 21, 26, 27, 29 and 30, on November 2-6, 9, 10, 12 and 13, and from November 30 to December 8.
