Abstract
Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 39.06, in that the Employer bypassed the Grievor in the administration of additional hours after his regularly scheduled shift on December 12, 1992, and employed casuals.
