Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of Michele Fitzgerald alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 310 1992, and in particular of Article 21.03 in that the Employer denied her special leave with pay for 3 hours on March 14, 1993. The Union requested that the Grievor be compensated by granting her all lost rights, earnings and benefits she would have earned had she been granted the special leave to which she was entitled.
