Abstract

Union grievances on behalf of all dispatchers working at the Saint John Mail Processing Plant alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, specifically Article 39.02, in that the Employer had allowed a private contract driver for a highway service to do CUPW bargaining work on specified dates in November and December 1992.
