Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of J. Stright, alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, specifically Articles 14.12 and 18.05 in that Employer moved the Grievor's RDO so that it did not fall on the July 1st holiday. The Union requested that the Grievor be compensated for an additional 8 hours.
