Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of R. Cormier alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and its predecessor, and in particular of Articles 33.18, in that, having worked on the night shift in the period October 1985 - January 1987, he has not received credit for paid recovery leave of me day. The Union seeks one day of paid leave in lieu. At the hearing the Union representative stated that there was no request for interest.
