Abstract
The Employer failed to give the Grievor twenty-four hours notice of a schedule change. The practice was to advise employees of a Monday late start before they left work on the preceding Friday. The Grievor was returning from vacation and had not been notified. The Employer submits that the law does not take account of trivialities and there was no schedule change.
