Abstract
The grievance alleges that the Employer by-passed the Grievor and allowed a junior temporary employee to work on Forward Parcels. The first issue is whether the Grievor was, in fact, untrained for the tasks in question. The second issue is whether, under the Collective Agreement, the Employer was allowed to bypass the Grievor because she was not trained for specified tasks that needed to be done on the shift in question.
