Abstract

Employee grievance alleging discharge contrary to the collective agreement between the parties dated November 18, 1968. The company made a preliminary objection to the board's jurisdiction on the ground that there is no provision of the collective agreement under which a discharged person can file a grievance. This award deals only with the prelim­inary objection.
