Abstract

This is a consent award. The Union alleged a breach of the Agreement when the Employer referred the Grievor to its Occupational Health Services. Through mediation, the Employer and the Union have reached an agreement on mandatory referral of employees for certification of psychological fitness.

The parties are ordered to append the Memorandum of Agreement to the Collective Agreement.
