Abstract
The Union believed that the Employer failed to properly accommodate the Grievor's temporary health limitations. It requested that the Employer be ordered to compensate the Grievor for hours not worked, since there was enough work which the Grievor could have done without denying the seniority rights of others. The Employer believed the duty to 'accommodate' was for those with permanent disabilities.
