Abstract
This is a supplementary award on damages. In a previous Award, the Grievor had been reinstated to his position without back pay. Authority had been retained by the Arbitrator in the event that the parties could not agree in the application of this matter. The issues are: (1) Was sick leave earned during suspension? (2) Was time accumulated for the Public Service Award while on suspension? (3) May contributions be made to the pension plan for the period of the suspension?
