Abstract
This is an interest arbitration to establish a wage rate for an eighteen month period. The Union and the Employer had not been able to agree on salaries when negotiating the Collective Agreement.
The Employer's wage rate was selected, based in part, on an evaluation of similar positions in other communities. Authority is reserved in the event of further disputes in this matter.
