Abstract

This is an interest arbitration. The issues include increases in pay, education premiums, medical information, overtime and premium pay, paid leave, transition support program, and vacation scheduling. The Employer was primarily interested in maintaining parity with other nurses in the Province. Historically this Local had been wage leaders in the Province. The Union believed this should continue.
