Abstract

Mr. Cutler's concern is with judicial review of the Quebec Labour Relations Board. This is a narrower scope than the title of his book suggests, but his approach to the topic is broad enough that a reader who has not previously taken the plunge into either the administrative law or the labour law of Quebec is given a satisfying introduction to both.
