This Open Educational Resources (OER) collection showcases teaching and learning materials created by faculty at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University.

OER are teaching and learning materials that you may freely use and reuse at no cost, so long as attribution is provided. Unlike traditionally copyrighted resources, OER have been licensed by their creators to provides everyone with free and perpetual permission to engage in the 5R activities—retaining, remixing, revising, reusing and redistributing the resources.

OER can include textbooks, casebooks, syllabi, multimedia, assessments, and other educational tools. By removing barriers to access and encouraging collaboration, OER support more inclusive, flexible, and equitable approaches to legal education and scholarship.
