Abstract
Employee grievance alleging breaches of Articles 11.03, 13.07, 13.13, 40.02(b)o 40.03 and 41.01(a) of the Collective Agreement between the parties for the Postal operations Group (Non-Supervisory): Internal Mail Processing and Complementary Postal Services, which bore the expiration date September 30, 1986 but which was maintained in force and effect by the Postal Services Continuation Act, 1987, in that the Employer improperly reassigned the grievor by virtue of having improperly subjected him to individual work measurement after having failed to provide training that was sufficient and adequate.
