Abstract

The Grievor was not called in to work overtime, and another employee was called in instead. The Employer acknowledges the grievance and paid the Grievor the appropriate call time in accordance with the collective agreement. The Union argues the Grievor was also entitled to a meal payment and payment for loss of rest time.
