Abstract
Union grievances alleging breach of article 10 and article 21 of the Collective Agreement between the parties in that the employer improperly disciplined the grievors and improperly denied N. Loubert his application for special leave for one hour and fifteen minutes on April 15, 1987. The Union seeks compensation for any lost rights, benefits or earnings and that all reports, letters or documents relating to these matters be removed from the grievors' personal files.
