Abstract
Union grievances alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 1992, and in particular of Article 39.07, in that the Employer gave work opportunities to casual employees without canvassing regular full-and part-time P.0.4's who were on their scheduled days of rest on the shifts in question. The Union request orders that the Grievers be compensated by paying them the amount they would have earned had they worked, with interest.
