Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of George Clark alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 21.03, in that the Employer unreasonably denied him special leave with pay for 3 of the 5 days for which he applied on April 6, 1993. The Union requested that the Employer grant the Grievor five days special leave, with interest.
