Abstract

Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties dated July 1992, and in particular of Article 10, in that the Employer released the grievor from employment allegedly without just, reasonable or sufficient cause. The Union requests that the Grievor be reinstated and granted full redress.
