Abstract

The Grievor was terminated because, in the Employer's opinion, he breached the terms and conditions of a memorandum of agreement settling a previous grievance against his termination for alcohol-related misconduct on the job. The issues here are the nature and extent of my jurisdiction in such a case and, if I have the power to do so, whether or not I should order the Grievor reinstated.
