Abstract

Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 6, 9, 44 and Appendix N, in that management representatives refused to cooperate with local Union representatives when they have requested copies of term employment contracts, time cards and copies of daily work schedules.
