Abstract

Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 39.07, in that the Employer employed casual employees without first giving regular full-time P.O.4's who were at work the opportunity to do the work in question. The Union requests that the Grievors be compensated by paying them the amount they would have earned had they worked, with interest.
