Abstract
Union grievances on behalf of various Grievors, alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 13, 15, 17 and 44 in that in some of the grievances "all regular employees" and in other of the grievances "all employees" in Group 2 were bypassed in the administration of additional hours and/or overtime while term employees had their hours improperly extended. The Union requested that all adversely affected employees in Group 2 be granted full redress in the way of rights, earnings and benefits that they would have been paid had they worked the hours to which they were entitled on the dates in question.
