Abstract
Union Grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 48.01(a) in that the Employer allowed a letter carrier, D. McCaughan, to start his walks earlier than the start time established in accordance with the Collective Agreement on October 5-9 and 13-16, contrary to Article 48.03(c). The Union requested that the Employer curtail this practice and grant full redress to all affected employees.
