Abstract

Union grievance on behalf of the Grievor, alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 39.01 and 39.02 in that a non- employee of the Employer did work properly within the scope of the Collective Agreement. A private contract mail truck driver loaded mail bags onto his own truck. This occurred prior to the comming into effect of the current Collective Agreement.
