Abstract
Union grievances on behalf of all employees in Group 1 alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 15, 17 and 39 in that the Employer either restricted or bypassed regular employees in the amoount of overtime they were given prio to hiring casuals. The parties agreed to put before me the evidence with respect of Grievance No. 030-02-00023 and that I should remain seized of the others listed above, to reconvene at the request of either of them to deal with those matters if they are unable to agree on them in light of this award.
