Abstract

Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 39 in that on September 21, 1992 Supervisor A. LeBlanc did bargaining unit work, specifically distributing householder mail to letter carrier walks/routes. The Union requested that the appropriate employee be granted redress in the amount of pay he would have earned if he had done the work in question, although it would only amount to pay for 15 minutes.
