Abstract
Union grievances on behalf of all employees working in Station A postal facility alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 33, in that the Employer failed to recognize its responsibilities under that article and failed to correct a situation liable to endanger the health and safety of employees as soon as it was brought to the attention of management.
