Abstract
Union grievances alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 39 and 33, in that the Employer bypassed employees in the administration of additional hours and/or overtime contrary to Article 39.06 and used non-CUPW employees, both casuals and supervisors, to perform CUPW job functions, specifically loading and off-loading tractor-trailers and using motorized equipment contrary to Article 33.11.
