Abstract
Union allegation of a violation by the Employer of Article 39.02(d) of the Collective Agreement between the parties of July 31, 1992, in that the Employer closed the Dartmouth East Postal station counter facilities and brought in contractors to sort to postal boxes without consulting upon these matters at least 90 days prior to implementation.
