Abstract
Union grievances on behalf of all employees in Group 2 (External), alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 13 and 17 in that they were bypassed in the administration of additional hours and/or overtime while term employees worked. The parties agreed that the outcome of these matters would be governed by the following general consideration and that I should remain seized of them, to reconvene at the request of either of them to deal with these matters if they are unable to agree on them in light of this award.
