Abstract
It is alleged that the Employer established an incorrect call-in list and thereby by-passed the Grievor in the allocation of work assignments.
The grievance succeeds. It was not disputed that the Grievor was left off the call-in list in error. She is to be compensated for any occasions on which she was improperly by-passed.
