Abstract
Union grievance on behalf of all regular employees in group 1 working at the Summerside Post Office, alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 14, 15, 17 and 39 in that on December 10, 11, and 14-17, 1992 the Employer bypassed full-time employees in the administration of overtime and call-back overtime by allowing part-time employees to work additional hours not immediately following their regular shifts.
