Abstract

Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Article 13.05, .12, .13 and .14 in that the Employer failed to fill a vacancy in the Clarenville postal facility and staffed it with a casual employee until it was deleted following consultations, in May, 1993.
