Abstract
Union grievance alleging breach of the Collective Agreement between the parties bearing the date July 31, 1992, and in particular of Articles 11 and 12 in that the Employer staffed a preferred assignment with a part-time employee. The Union requested that the Employer cease using part-time employees in the position in question and grant full redress to the employee adversely affected.
